The day kicked off with Arrival & Registration, giving attendees the chance to settle in and connect with colleagues before diving into a series of expert-led sessions.

Bojan B. set the tone with an Opening Speech, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and collaboration in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

The first technical session of the day, Mastering CRM: What It Is, Why It Matters, presented by Petar V., provided an insightful overview of CRM’s critical role in business growth and customer relationship management.

After a networking-rich Lunch Break, the conference resumed with Elena K.’s session on D365 F&O Security and User Licensing, shedding light on compliance, role-based security, and licensing strategies.
