Responsibilities:

• End to end recruitment of top technical/corporate/operational talent
• Establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with management  and potential candidates
• Providing an efficient candidate experience from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, closing of candidates, etc
• Sharing and exchanging information with management
• Leading employee branding
• Utilising our ATS  for data analysis and accurate recruitment forecasting
• Thinking outside of the box to find new ways to source candidates for hard to fill positions
• Managing relationships with local job boards and other platforms
• Write and post technical job descriptions
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

Requirements:

• Help Source and filter qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in multiple job boards to post and find quality candidates
• Experience with multiple ATS to manage and report candidates
• Minimum 2 years of experience is required to apply to this job
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
