Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment of top technical/corporate/operational talent
- Establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with management and potential candidates
- Providing an efficient candidate experience from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, closing of candidates, etc
- Sharing and exchanging information with management
- Leading employee branding
- Utilising our ATS for data analysis and accurate recruitment forecasting
- Thinking outside of the box to find new ways to source candidates for hard to fill positions
- Managing relationships with local job boards and other platforms
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Requirements:
- Help Source and filter qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in multiple job boards to post and find quality candidates
- Experience with multiple ATS to manage and report candidates
- Minimum 2 years of experience is required to apply to this job
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
