Are you a people-driven professional with a passion for HR operations and employee engagement? Solutionade is seeking an HR Specialist to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsabilities

Handle employee documentation, contracts, and HR compliance requirements.
Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Oversee vacation, leave requests, and work-from-home approvals.
Organize team-building events, training sessions, and engagement activities.
Ensure smooth offboarding processes and exit interviews.
Collaborate with management on HR policies and organizational development.
Maintain HR records and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Support the end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in IT or a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
