Are you an organized and proactive Office Assistant looking to support a fast-growing IT company? Solutionade is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage office administration, employee records, and internal operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize employee files and documentation.
Track and manage monthly office expenses and petty cash.
Purchase and monitor office supplies and inventory.
Handle internal invoices and communication with accounting.
Prepare documentation for employee onboarding and offboarding.
Manage employee leave requests.
Organize company events, business trips, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with external collaborators and service providers.
Oversee company assets, promotional materials, and office equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in office administration or a similar role would be beneficial.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
