Are you a creative and data-driven marketing professional ready to take our brand to the next level? Solutionade is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, drive brand awareness, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Organize company promotional events and maintain brand awareness.
Maintain website content and optimize SEO keywords.
Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and sales.
Create and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and multiple social media channels.
Develop content strategies to engage consumers throughout the customer lifecycle.
Work closely with sales and other departments to enhance marketing strategies.
Manage and grow social media accounts with frequent, engaging content.
Identify new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.
Stay up to date with the latest marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
Work closely with management to leverage marketing opportunities through the Microsoft Partner network.
Acquire relevant certifications to support personal growth and company strategy.
Self-organize and work independently with limited guidance.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or brand strategy.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
Experience with content creation, copywriting, and lead generation.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on marketing activities.
Proactive, creative, and self-motivated with a passion for growth.
