About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Business Central solutions to meet client requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with consultants and clients, ensuring that technical solutions align with business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Business Central applications and extensions.
• Integrate BC with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Develop new features, reports, and modules based on client requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing Business Central solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ensure solutions comply with Microsoft best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical documentation and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform upgrades, data migrations, and deployment of Business Central solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest BC and Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Developer.
• Strong knowledge of AL, C/AL, and C/SIDE development.
• Experience with Business Central extensions and Visual Studio Code.
• Familiarity with API integrations and web services.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and database management.
• Understanding of ERP business processes (finance, supply chain, sales, manufacturing, etc.).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
