Job Title: Marketing Intern
Location: Skopje/Hybrid
Job Type: Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and participation at conferences and other business events.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing agencies for the creation of promotional materials.
• Ensure marketing visibility and maintain brand identity within the office.
• Organize and support internal and external events (team-buildings, sports activities, conferences, and promotional events).
• Support the creation of marketing content for the company’s website and social media channels.
• Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
• Monitor marketing trends and explore new tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve marketing strategies when needed.

Required Qualifications & Personal Characteristics

• Minimum secondary education (preferably in Economics, Marketing, Communications, Law, or a related field).
• Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in marketing, event organization, or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of or completion of a course/academy in digital marketing is a plus.
• Interest in marketing, event organization, and digital platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, etc.).
• Organized, communicative, and eager to learn.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
