About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that clients maximize the value of their D365 F&O solutions. You’ll be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the successful design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 F&O across finance, supply chain, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, consultants, and developers to design and implement scalable F&O solutions.
  • Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Conduct workshops, product demonstrations, and user training sessions.
  • Perform gap and fit analysis, identifying opportunities for process optimization through D365 F&O capabilities.
  • Assist in data migration, integrations, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and functional designs.
  • Stay current with D365 F&O updates, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant working with Dynamics 365 F&O or AX.
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes in finance, procurement, inventory, or manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with D365 F&O configuration, workflows, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams.
  • Experience with end-to-end F&O implementations is a plus.
