About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our clients get the most out of their Business Central investment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design effective solutions, and support the successful implementation and adoption of Business Central across core business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Business Central solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and consultants to design and implement effective BC solutions.
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of Business Central functionalities.
• Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and user training sessions.
• Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements leveraging BC capabilities.
• Assist in data migration, system integration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation.
• Prepare documentation for business processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Stay informed on the latest Business Central updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes in finance, supply chain, sales, or manufacturing.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Familiarity with BC configuration, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users.
• Experience in supporting full-cycle BC implementations is a plus.
