About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead end-to-end delivery of CRM/ERP implementation and digital transformation projects. This role requires strong leadership, structured delivery capability, and excellent communication with both clients and internal technical teams.

You will oversee planning, execution, and successful rollout of Dynamics 365 CE/BC/FO solutions-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead and manage full lifecycle Dynamics 365 (CE/BC/FO) implementation projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross‑functional technical, consulting, and QA teams.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and solution design.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and status meetings.
• Manage expectations, scope, risks, timelines, and escalations.

Governance & Documentation

• Maintain project documentation (scope, RAID logs, reports, plans).
• Ensure compliance with internal delivery methodologies and industry best practices.
• Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies where applicable.

Quality & Delivery Excellence

• Ensure delivered solutions meet business goals, performance standards, and user needs.
• Drive continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration across teams.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Project Manager in IT, preferably delivering Dynamics 365 projects.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (CE, BC, FO) and Power Platform.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Master, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Experience in telecom, finance, retail, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
