Intellectual Property (IP) Management Platform:
The end-to-end solution applied is a custom tailored, model-driven platform built entirely on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and The Power Platform and integrated with Office 365, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and Power BI to support all aspects of the IP management process including: Global Docketing, Foreign Filing, Annuities & Renewals, Document Management, IDS References and Reporting & Analytics.
By leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Portals, we developed a highly sophisticated platform which encompasses a set of functionality and features that could only be addressed with advanced software development.

The PATENT, TRADEMARK & PATENT DESIGN modules were built to satisfy the complexity of IP management processes such as global docketing and file management, while also providing a user-friendly system where users can store, search and manage all necessary information, images, documents and files associated to their registered Patent, Trademark or Design.
The FINANCE MANAGEMENT module was created to help manage and automate patents and trademark quotations and invoices as well as to derive reports that allow users to get an overview of their monthly or annual payments.
